New Business Development Manager -On Trade/Out of Home

Known internally as KAM. The New Business team is accountable for generating revenue via completely new business. This is a multi-segment role, touching each key business segments from Health Care, Leisure, Hotels etc

We are looking for a real consultative "Hunter" for this role, your key responsibilities will include; 

  • Drive New Business activities within the target segments 
  • Develop New business strategies with support of the team and wider business
  • Support the development, review, and implement new business strategies
  • Acquire insights through research, and analysis of industry trends and developments
  • Assist/ present new business proposals
  • Find / create new business relationships with potential new customers
  • Prepare P&L’s / financial reports, forecasts
  • Design and deliver your AOP
  • Work with our marketing, operations and demand planning departments


For this role as a KAM New Business, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • MUST have consultative New Business experience
  • MUST have demonstrable "national account wins". Please make this clear in your CV/Application 
  • FMCG experience, ideally an understanding of Out of Home/On Trade
  • Product sales over services would be more beneficial 
  • Experience in a process driven environment
  • Experience developing relationships with business and sectors and converting them over time into customers
  • Be able to flawlessly present and communicate in both written and verbal forms
  • Be resilient, detailed resourceful and creative and be able to successfully work on own initiative
  • Be agile, able to handle demands, targets, guidelines, in a fast-paced evolving landscape
