Job Description

JDE is looking for a fixed term (until end of Nov 2022) Customer Relations Specialist, based in East Tamaki, Auckland, who will be the first point of contact for JDE customers. This person will be responsible for delivering service excellence to all customers and internal staff, including order processing and sales support for our Retail and Professional channels. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders according to targets
  • Ensuring the number of end user customers are on target
  • Handling calls, emails and other enquiries daily according to the defined target
  • Customer relationship building and handling consumer complaints

For this role as a Customer Services Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • You will have previous customer services experience (preferably within FMCG or the Food Service Industry)
  • You can demonstrate highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • PC literacy (Microsoft Office suite) and experience using SAP preferred
  • You will have a positive can-do attitude with a strong focus on the customer and other people, their concerns and requirements and a proactive attitude to assist them.
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • You're available at short notice
