Administration Specialist, BY (maternity leave)
Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- HR management administration (full cycle of labor relation processes, work with 1C, local registration of business trips)
- Calculation and payment of wages (preparation of orders for bonuses, wages and other additional payments)
- SG&A (budget) tracking
- Office administration (goods ordering, support on business trips, work with correspondence)
- Procurement procedures (posting acts for payment, sending documents)
Qualifications
For this role as an Administration Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- 3 years’ experience at HR field;
- Experience working in an international environment;
- Upper-intermediate level of English (both verbal and written);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience as assistant, admin specialist, labor relations would be an advantage.
